Austin Staffing is looking to build a team of enthusiastic, reliable Customer Service Agents for a North Austin Contact Center. This is a great opportunity to work alongside the gaming industry, and interact with other gamers in a fun and friendly environment! Great for Students fresh out of School, Retail workers looking to make a change to a professional office setting, and anyone that is passionate about Video Games and helping people!. Call Center agents that are tired of the phones will be happy to know this position is Email Only.

Job Duties include:

Communicating clearly with customers and providing timely resolution to customer issues.

Flex your writing muscles as you communicate primarily via Email, Chat, and Web Client.

Working out of a ticketing queue and processing tickets based on priority utilizing one call resolution.

Using problem solving skills and robust tools to assist customers with a wide variety of issues from Account Login, In Game, and Technical Issues.

Learn on the job by playing the games during specified Product Knowledge time along with Downtime.
To Qualify

Open Availability - The ability to work any shift in a 24-7 facility including weekends and holidays.

No scheduling constraints within 30 days of start.

Familiarity with modern Games and Online Gaming preferred not required.

Technical - Experience with Basic PC and Network troubleshooting preferred not required.


Medical Benefits provided through Austin Staffing.

$10 an hour plus quarterly incentive bonuses up to $300.
