Long Term and Temp positions available.Austin Staffing is looking to build a team of enthusiastic, reliable Customer Service Agents for a North Austin Contact Center. This is a great opportunity to work alongside the gaming industry, and interact with other gamers in a fun and friendly environment! We welcome all Customer Service Industry from Call Center, Retail, or Service. Great position for students!
This is NOT a remote position!
Job Duties include:
-Communicate clearly with customers and providing timely resolution to customer issues.
-Flex your writing muscles as you communicate primarily via Email, Chat, and Web Client.
-Work out of a ticketing queue and processing tickets based on priority utilizing one call resolution.
-Using problem solving skills and robust tools to assist customers with a wide variety of issues from Account Login, In Game, and Technical Issues.
-Learn on the job by playing the games during specified Product Knowledge time along with Downtime.
-Open Availability The ability to work any shift in a 24-7 facility including weekends and holidays.
-No scheduling constraints within 30 days of start.
-Familiarity with modern Games and Online Gaming preferred not required.
-Technical Experience with Basic PC and Network troubleshooting preferred not required.
-Customer Service experience from any Industry.

-$10.50 with increase to $11.00 after 45 day review - plus quarterly incentive bonuses up to $300.
