Staffing Coordinator

Full time In-House Position

As a fast paced Human Resources based position, and the heartbeat of the company, the Staffing Coordinator positon will entail candidate support and direct support to the internal recruiters as well as other members of the team. Excellent customer service skills will be utilized in this Front Desk role. As this position is detail oriented, excellent attention to detail, organization, computer, and communication skills are necessary to be successful.
The best candidate will be an independent thinker with excellent follow through, and have a genuine desire to assist others while working as a team player to reach desired goals.
" Handle all incoming calls, assist and provide customer service, screen, and transfer to appropriate department / person or VM
" Greet office guests / job candidates. Make everyone feel welcome and offer coffee or water
" Provide paperwork and manage applicant intake process.
" Answer general questions
" Track call-ins and available candidates / employees in ATS
" Generate daily reports from ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and provide to the appropriate department to include new applications, calls in's, etc.
" Maintain candidate availability list and extend to recruiters daily
" Save resumes in appropriate electronic folders.
" Attach resumes to candidate profiles or create new profiles
" Conduct and document past employment verifications
" Check voice mails and respond accordingly
" Download applications from web site min 2x per day
" Maintain new online applications; print list for recruiters and mark as available
" Review candidate / new employee files for accuracy and update in ATS
" Input employee information into ATS such as DD, w4 & I9 info.
" Update drug screen and background check results into ATS.
" Maintain filing system & keep current.
" Maintain general appearance of office for neatness.
" Other general office, HR, and administrative tasks when requested.
Requirements: Must be able to pass assessments: Excel, computer skills, Filing, Typing. Must be able to pass criminal background check. Degree preferred but not required. Must have good past employment longevity, excellent communication skills written and verbal.
