Then our Austin Branch is looking for YOU!

OVERVIEW:
Management position within the staffing industry, in which you will manage a local branch, impact the bottom line and supervise a team of Recruiters and Sales professionals. You will be responsible for outside / inside sales, and maintaining successful office operations. As profitability grows, you will also be responsible for hiring and growing the existing team to achieve the branch's financial/operational goals.

Business Development:
Prospect for new customers; make sales presentations, close business deals.
Build and maintain successful relationships with customers and prospects in your market.
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring current activity, and making adjustments as needed
Manages customer relations issues.
Grow gross margin, sales and profits from sales efforts within Austin and surrounding areas.
Qualify and onboard new accounts including new client tours for staff.
Join business networking groups to establish and develop business relationships while enhancing company image within the community.

Operations:
Meet branch's sales goals and P&L responsibility.
Make realistic budget projections. Stay within budget and contain costs proactively. Deal promptly with budget variances.
Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch.
Review company policies, practices and operations to stay current with federal, state, and local regulatory and/or legal compliance.
Review company procedures for improvement and efficiency.
Generate weekly / daily reports corporate and others.
Meet with Corporate personnel monthly to discuss successes and challenges.
Become fluent with internal software and company functions.

Management:
Identify team's development needs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
Define team roles and responsibilities. Review team's successes, failures, and goals weekly.
Promote understanding and teamwork in the organization by maintaining open channels of communication with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
Provide overall management direction and support to branch employees.
Maintain compliance with company processes.
Coach lead and direct branch personnel to meet or exceed the goals and expectations.
Ensure branch personnel meets or exceeds expectations.
Ensure all team members are utilizing internal tools correctly and effectively.
Identify issues with external employees and provide customer service to resolve issues.
Address any social media ratings that are 3 stars or less.
Conduct weekly team meetings to stay in communications with sales efforts and recruiting deliverables.
Build a successful recruiting and sales team.
Actively work to identify and retain top talent.
Promote good-will to our clients and candidates alike; be helpful and encourage your team to be helpful as well.

Requirements:
Previous management experience within the staffing industry
Prior staffing and sales experience
3-5 years of work experience in customer service, human resources / staffing, or general management
The ability to work extremely well in a small team environment.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Solid problem solving and organization skills.
Strong business acumen.
The ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
Strong time and project management skills.
Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office products.
