In this position, you and your recruiting team would meet clients to understand the culture and development relationships, source the best talent in the market, work with your team to develop and implement new ideas and functions, hire additional staff to stay current with branch growth, and hold recruitment meeting each week to instruct team on direction, and stay abreast of deliverables and results.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting for assigned accounts
Oversee recruiting team for accuracy and assistance
Ensure recruiting team are using internal tools to their full potential
Review team recruiting practices for improvements
Work directly with team to introduce new methodologies and improvements to current operations
Establish relationships with current clients
Meet with clients to discuss improvement processes that may be needed
Understand and maintain Gross Profit Margins per account and encourage growth
Work directly with Sales Manager to review and follow up on incoming accounts
Keep abreast of all open positions at all times
Learn and keep up to date on all functions within the office
Manage operations; Reviewing Branch Income Reports, activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
Recruiting and retaining of the best talent in the market.
Review potential job orders for approval.
Keep abreast of current and anticipated client needs.
Source and recruit potential candidates through advertising, networking, and other recruiting resources.
Conduct candidate interview process for assigned accounts.
Perform all documentation and be accountable for the compliance requirements for the State and Federal labor codes.
Oversee team efforts on past employment verifications, reference checks, skills testing; criminal background checks and drug screens.
Work directly with Sales Manager and Client Company to fulfill all open job requirements.
Responsible for selection and placement of job candidates to client company as well as follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Work with other team members to ensure proper communication as well as order fulfillment.
Meet with and tour Client Company locations to stay current with staffing changes and client culture.
Extend a positive, professional attitude to our candidates and clients at all times.
Maintain high ethical standards and confidentially.
Submit weekly reports to CEO and President
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years recent, direct, staffing industry experience as a Recruiter
Minimum Bachelors degree preferred
Four year degree may be substituted for 4+ years recent staffing industry experience with an Associates degree or 6 year s recent staffing industry experience without a degree
Must have strong computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Search
Previous experience working with ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Strong experience using job boards and other online recruiting resources
Excellent multitasking skills with experience working with multiple clients and positions
Proven track record in job order fulfillment
Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening
Must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm
Prior Experience in Staffing Industry Branch Management is preferred but not required
