Job Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, selection, placement, and supervising contract and temporary employees on assignment at client locations.
Interview, selection and submission of direct hire candidates for open job requisitions.
Ensure excellent documentation of entire recruiting cycle using in-house Applicant Tracking System.
Provide exceptional customer service and continued follow up services to client companies.
Core Duties:
Review potential job orders for approval with Branch and Recruiting Manager.
Keep abreast of current and anticipated client needs.
Source and recruit potential candidates through advertising, networking, and other recruiting resources.
Conduct candidate intake and interview process.
Prescreen candidates to ensure they meet internal candidate standards.
Perform all documentation and be accountable for the compliance requirements for the State and Federal labor codes.
Oversee past employment verifications, reference checks, skills testing; arrange criminal background checks and drug screens.
Work directly with Branch and Recruiting Manager and Client Company to fulfill all open job requirements.
Responsible for selection and placement of job candidates to client company as well as follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Work with other team members to ensure proper communication as well as order fulfillment.
Meet with and tour Client Company locations to stay current with staffing changes and client culture.
Extend a positive, professional attitude to our candidates and clients at all times.
Maintain high ethical standards and confidentially.
Submit weekly reports to management
Identify and participate in network activities to promote firm and connect with new candidates.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Requirements:
Must have 2 years recent experience as a Recruiter preferably within the staffing industry
Must have strong computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Search.
Previous experience working with ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Strong experience using job boards and other online recruiting resources
Excellent multitasking skills with experience working with multiple clients and positions
Proven track record in job order fulfillment
Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Must have an excellent Social Media Presence such as LinkedIn.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening.

Compensation:
Salary DOE + Commission
