Austin Staffing is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Agents to provide customer support for high profile video game companies. We are specifically looking for strong written communication skills with a focus on localization to the language's country of origin. Language and writing skills are emphasized. Training will include Gaming and Technical information. Experience is preferred but not required.
Position: Customer Service - Email, Chat
Location: North Austin (Metric)
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shifts, potentially some weekend days. + OT and Incentive Bonuses.
Job Description
Assist online video game customers by providing timely resolution to customer issues.
Publish internal and customer facing knowledge base articles.
Communicate resolutions to customers via email, in the Formal (polite) Language specified
Localization to the language's country of origin. No Americanized or Regionalized phrases.
Monitor ticket queues.
Collaborate with team to find best resolution.
Position Requirements:
Use Formal (polite) speech in all manner of communications.
Strong written communication skills English and second language
Dependable & Reliable
Enjoys helping others
Previous Customer Support or Call Center experience a plus but not required.
Knowledge of modern gaming a plus, but not required.
Open availability required (potentially weekends and holidays)
Cannot miss work for the first 30 days of employment
Qualifying translation assessments.
